Self-help anxiety management

This is a new app called ‘Self-help Anxiety Management‘ by The University Of West England

SAM has been developed by a university team of Psychologists, computer scientists and student users. It engages established methods of self-help and high standards of usability to provide a engaging, flexible & practical resource. I know many students today struggle with the problem of anxiety and though it is something that can not be gotten rid of overnight, this is something that may contribute to handling it. School is a great cause of anxiety for many with regards to work, standing up to make presentations and answering questions in class. It is important that as educators we do not ignore or shy away from something that plagues so many young people today because helping those who encounter it can change their outlook on education completely. So help those who find it difficult and help them achieve their potential.
