How to explain the Sabbath

For a project, we were given an idea and asked that if we were to try and explain the meaning of it to a class, how would we go about it? I was given the Sabbath and asked how would I explain it to a class group as a day of rest? I used different events that happened throughout their everyday life including school, socializing and spirituality. Then after they had completed the activities, I allowed them a moment to rest. I then explained how these activities signified the Sabbath and how it was a day of rest. It was well received and the powerpoint I used can be found below.
